As a Customer Care Manager at Barloworld, located in Johannesburg, Gauteng, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the customer care department, ensuring that all customer inquiries, complaints, and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This position is part-time and is considered Mid-to-Senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing a team of customer care representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support 2. Developing and implementing customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention 3. Monitoring customer feedback and implementing necessary improvements to enhance the customer experience 4. Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring swift resolution 5. Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer service efficiency 6. Conducting regular performance evaluations of customer care team members 7. Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement 8. Providing training and development opportunities for customer care staff 9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Proven experience in customer service management 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong project management and people management skills 5. Energetic and resilient personality traits 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
