Job Description:
Capitec Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the Remote Customer Care Manager will play a crucial role in providing exemplary customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives and ensure they deliver exceptional service to our clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer care management role - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and motivate a remote team - Persuasive and able to influence others - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Knowledge of banking industry regulations and practices
