Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Sanlam, a leading financial services company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer care efforts. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 6. Train and onboard new customer care team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. 7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to drive innovation and excellence.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage people. 6. Visa sponsorship, medical coverage, and parental leave benefits provided. 7.
