Job Description:
Netcare, a leading healthcare provider based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer care operations of our organization.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and support - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve internal processes - Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the customer care team and track progress towards customer satisfaction goals - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on customer care performance and trends - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
