Job Description:

Clicks Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This entry-level position requires no previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and social media. 2. Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle difficult customer situations. 2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
