Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Clicks Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This entry-level position requires no previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and social media. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns. 4. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience. 5. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle difficult customer situations. 2. Strong persuasion and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues efficiently. 3. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
