Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Multichoice Group is looking for a passionate and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and returns. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong people management skills. 4. Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 7. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
