Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Anglo American Platinum is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Care Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer care targets and goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt and respond to changing situations quickly - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
