Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Sasol is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Care Officer in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Handling and resolving customer complaints or concerns effectively - Managing and updating customer accounts in our database - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Generating reports on customer feedback and trends


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
