Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Liberty Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Soweto, Gauteng.


Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing customer orders and ensuring they are fulfilled accurately and efficiently - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved - Meeting or exceeding customer service goals set by the company


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet - Exceptional time management abilities - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service
