Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Mondi Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, independent, possess strong people management skills, and demonstrate critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Monitor customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems - Strong organization and multitasking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
