Job Description:
Multichoice Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and retention - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
