Job Description:
Vodacom Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a passion for helping customers and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide information to customers regarding products, services, and account details. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are handled effectively. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Utilize strategic planning to address customer concerns and improve overall customer care processes. 7. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. 8. Assist with training and onboarding of new customer care representatives.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Hardworking and dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. 7. Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to think critically about customer care processes. 8. Experience in people management or a desire to develop skills in this area.
