Job Description:
Massmart Holdings is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time associate level position, the Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers - Processing customer orders and returns accurately - Maintaining customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding set performance metrics
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and self-motivated individual - Excellent people management skills - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
