Job Description:
MTN Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and finding solutions to meet their needs. 3. Utilize company resources to research and resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet key performance indicators such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in customer service is required. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. 3. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. 4. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. 5. Good time management and organizational abilities. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
