Customer Care Representative

Rand Merchant Investment Holdings is currently seeking a confident and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. This part-time position is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa and is perfect for someone who is looking to gain entry-level experience in the customer service industry.

As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat - Conducting research to answer customer questions and provide accurate information - Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
