Job Description: MTN South Africa is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Care Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and updates in the database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions
Requirements: - 1 year of related customer service experience preferred - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively - Strategic planning and cooperation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
