Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Bidvest Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and be highly adaptable and confident in their approach to handling customer inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Use creativity to come up with innovative ways to assist customers. 5. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication skills. 3. Ability to adapt to change quickly. 4. Confidence in handling challenging customer situations. 5. Strong research skills. 6. Creativity in problem-solving. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
