Job Description:
As a Customer Care Representative at Clicks Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so it is important to have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and general information. 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and a focus on finding solutions. 4. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service innovations.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 6. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 7. Innovative mindset to suggest and implement new customer service strategies.
