Job Description:

As a Customer Care Representative at Clicks Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service innovations.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 6. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 7. Innovative mindset to suggest and implement new customer service strategies.
