Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Customer Care Representative to join our team at Distell Group, a leading company in the beverage industry. This is a work from home position based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, and is part-time with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and process orders - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to innovation - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
