Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Specialist at Distell Group in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your primary role will be to handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Working closely with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals - Continuously seeking ways to improve customer service processes and procedures - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Adaptable and energetic personality - Strong negotiation and teamwork skills - Basic computer proficiency - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
