Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Liberty Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. 2. Assist customers with order processing, account management, and issue resolution. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes. 5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to better serve customers. 6. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Assist with training new customer care team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
