Job Description:
Discovery Limited is seeking a reliable and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and complaints. 6. Assist with inventory management and restocking products on the sales floor. 7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 8. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
