Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

FirstRand is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required - No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
