Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Mr Price Group is looking for a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment - Provide support to the sales team as needed - Contribute to a positive and customer-focused work culture - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
