Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Barloworld is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Utilizing critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Adaptability to changing processes and procedures - Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced customer service environment - Excellent persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues
