Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Anglo American Platinum is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

As a Customer Service Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate customer records and information in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards customer satisfaction - Strong time management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma; additional certification in customer service is a plus
