Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Liberty Group. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - High school diploma or equivalent - Internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
