Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at Bidvest Group in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, with excellent cooperation and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Cooperation and time management soft skills - Visa sponsorship available - Free food and dental insurance benefits
