Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

The Customer Service Associate at Mr Price Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, possess strong people management skills, and exhibit adaptability in various situations.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers 4. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed to resolve customer issues 6. Stay current on product knowledge to be able to provide accurate information to customers 7. Assist with sales and promotion of products to boost customer engagement

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of customer service software systems 6. Motivated and reliable individual with a positive attitude 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment 8. Experience in people management is a plus
