Mr Price Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, returns, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 4.
