Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Tiger Brands is looking for a confident and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person interactions. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations. 6. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. 7. Learn and stay up to date on Tiger Brands products and services to better assist customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality traits to handle high-pressure situations. 2. Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively work with colleagues and customers. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. 5. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Basic computer skills. 8. Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
