Job Description:
MMI Holdings is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This position is part-time and at an Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, a team player, and possess creativity in problem-solving.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and efficiency. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
