Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

The Bidvest Group is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and sales.

Responsibilities: - Managing customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat - Providing support to customers regarding products, services, and order status - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Processing orders and coordinating delivery schedules - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Contributing to the overall success of the customer service team

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work with minimal supervision - Strong project management skills and a cooperative attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service goals - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
