Customer Service Associate - Work from home

The Bidvest Group is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Manage and update customer accounts and records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide prompt and accurate information to customers via phone, email, or chat

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities - Experience working remotely and independently - Proficiency in relevant software and customer service tools
