Massmart Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to work from home in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, independent, have strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to various situations.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner 3. Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Contribute to a positive team environment and company culture 8. Meet performance metrics and goals set by management
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of customer service experience 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
