Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our team at Cell C. As a Work from Home Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent people management and conflict resolution skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
