We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Gold Fields in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This position is part-time and falls under the Mid-to-Senior Level of seniority with a requirement of 8 years of experience in customer service management.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all customer service operations within the company. Your main duties will include managing and leading a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and issues, and identifying areas for improvement in the customer service process.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: adaptability and hardworking. Additionally, you should have strong soft skills in critical thinking and project management to effectively lead your team and drive results.
