Job Description:
Shoprite Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Remote Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance goals. 2. Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer service issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Train and onboard new customer service representatives as needed. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Passionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering the best possible customer experience. 3. Strong attention to detail and excellent people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Experience working remotely is a plus.
