Remote Customer Service Manager

Exxaro Resources is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level with a requirement of at least 8 years of relevant experience.

As the Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring that they deliver high-quality service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, setting performance goals, training and coaching team members, resolving escalated customer issues, and analyzing data to improve processes and service delivery.

The ideal candidate for this position will be confident and driven, with excellent communication and decision-making skills. You should have a proven track record of managing remote teams and achieving customer service targets. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.
