Job Description - Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


Adcock Ingram is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 6 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and mentor customer service staff to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews to provide feedback and support to team members.


Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Proven track record of leading and developing a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Reliable and motivated individual. 6. Ability to manage time effectively and engage in strategic planning.
