Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Mr Price Group is looking for a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a mid-to-senior level position, the selected candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing and managing the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. 3. Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to the team. 5. Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Monitoring customer service metrics and implementing strategies to improve performance. 7. Conducting training sessions for customer service representatives to enhance their skills. 8. Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role. 3. Strong leadership and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office. 7. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 8. Resilient in overcoming challenges and solving problems. 9. Strong research and negotiation skills.
