Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Barloworld is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures 2. Train and supervise customer service staff 3. Oversee customer service operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues 5. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience 7. Analyze customer service data and generate reports for management 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Proven experience in customer service management 3. Strong people management and cooperation skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
