Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team at Pick n Pay Stores in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service at all times.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze data and report on key customer service metrics - Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service - Independent and reliable - Experience in strategic planning - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
