Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Massmart Holdings in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations of our company, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service at all times.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service. - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance as needed. - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in a customer service management role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Reliability and professionalism in all dealings with customers and team members. - Innovative thinking and strategic planning abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
