Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager at Aspen Pharmacare, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the customer service team in delivering exceptional support to our clients. This is a remote position where you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve overall performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into the team's operations.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer service goals. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Driven and resilient personality traits. 5. Emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team. 6. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software. 8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
