Job Description:
Tiger Brands is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Manager to work remotely from their home in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives 2. Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics to ensure KPIs are met 3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints 5. Train and onboard new customer service representatives 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer service 2. Motivated and reliable personality traits 3. Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment
