Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Harmony Gold is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to work remotely from home in Soweto, Gauteng. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives and oversee their daily operations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Conduct regular training sessions to develop the skills of the customer service team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Excellent time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
