Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team at Kumba Iron Ore in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information about products and services - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with composure - Proficiency in using computer software and systems - Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
