Customer Service Officer

Harmony Gold, a leading mining company based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are dedicated and independent, with a strong sense of emotional intelligence and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide support to the sales team with order processing and follow-up - Recommend improvements to customer service processes to enhance overall customer experience

Requirements: - Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism - Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or training is a plus
