Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Officer in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a prompt and efficient manner. 3. Processing customer orders and inquiries accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Providing product information and recommendations to customers. 7. Assisting customers with account management and billing inquiries. 8. Handling escalated customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary. 9. Keeping abreast of company products, services, and promotions. 10. Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Resilient and independent personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and analysis skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
